Short Sales Don’t Suck LLC is the name and flipping houses is our game.  What we do is, we buy the houses of homeowners that have gotten themselves in a bit of a financial bind.  We know life throws curve-balls every now and again and everyone isn’t Derek Jeter, so we specialize in pinch hitting and we carry a big stick.  Translation: we STOP foreclosure by buying houses.  Then we flip ‘em.

We’re a lax bunch over here

if you can’t already tell by our company name.  However, we’re good at what we do and have a very high short sale approval rate.  We stay current with changes in the industry and we adapt quickly to new laws, regulations, rules in this short sale space.  In short we’re ninja’s.
